Fencesteel was established in 1971, initially as Gouws Omheinings, a fencing supplier based primarily in Pretoria.

In 2001, under new management, the company changed its name to Fencesteel. Over the years, we have become one of the most well-established fencing suppliers in Gauteng serving the South African construction, commercial, and residential sectors for over 50 years. Serving in these sectors, we have grown in our quality of work, project management, and customer care.

Our focus is on quick response times, service excellence, and professional backup. We are committed to constant learning and improvement. It is through this commitment that we have changed our business into a craft.
